nine years experience in the planning and support of system development
for Bus, Rail, Police, Paratransit and Passenger Information

advanced in the Nation. Intimately familiar with transit

In 2002, Mr. Kemp founded the “Certified Project Management
Group”, a part-time consulting firm focused on eliminating
the roughly 80 percent of project failures that are due more
to inadequate planning than to improper execution.
